One Pot Brownie Recipe

This is my foolproof brownie recipe. It has never let me down so far. Preparation time is only 20 mins.

~ Ingredients ~
Maida - ½ cup (55 gms)
Sugar - 1¼ cups (250 gms)
Cocoa - ½ cup (55 gms)
Butter - ½ cup (100 gms)
Egg - 3
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Choco chips (optional)
Sieve for cocoa and maida.

Method ~
 * Melt the butter.
* Add the cocoa and mix well making sure there are no lumps. It needs be sliky smooth.
* Add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix well
* Crack open the eggs and mix them.
* "Fold" in the maida. (Once you add the maida you need to be very gentle. Do not over beat the mixture. You can stop mixing once all the ingredients have blended thoroughly.)
* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Pour mixture into a greased baking container of your choice. You can also line it with baking sheet.
* Optional - sprinkle some Choco chips on top. (I do not like to mix them in the batter. They sink down and stick to the bottom making it difficult to demold it)

* Bake at 180°C for 30 mins.
